Options
Flow switch
The PFA turbine flow meter can be modified into a programmable flow switch. The adjustment of the switching point of the flow meter is established with a simple programmer.
When the adjusted switching point is attained, the meter transmits a 24 VDC signal to a switching module. As soon as the flow decreases below the switching point, the switching module is turned off.

* Flow monitoring
* Piping leakage detection
Batch control
The PFA turbine flow meter is equipped with an adjustable counter( preset function). A programmable microprocessor in the meter allows a valve to open and close after attaining the programmed volume without the use of a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller). Only a command to start the batch process is necessary.
Applications:
Repeated dosing of a fixed volume which is common in:
* coffee machines
* soup machines
* infusion bags
* ampullas
* bottles
